摘要
目的探讨let-7前体、K-raa基因在肺腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法以GAPDH为内参,采用RT—PCR检测31例肺腺癌患者癌组织和正常组织中let-7前体、K—ras基因在肺腺癌中的表达。结果31例肺腺癌患者中let-7前体61.29%为低表达,K—ras基因67.74%为高表达,差异有统计学意义。let-7前体与K—rds基因存肿瘤组织表达具有显著相关性。结论let-7前体低表达与K—ras基因高表达在肺腺癌的发生、发展过程中可能具有某种协同作用。
Objective To examine the expression level of let -7 precursor and K -ras in lung adenocarcinoma patients by real time - PCR,in order to explore their roles in lung adenocarcinoma initiation and development. Methods GAPDH was adopted as a control,we use real time PCR to examine the expression of let -7 precursor and K -ras in carcinomatous tissue and the around normal tissue respectively in 31 selected lung adenocarcinoma patients. Results Compared to the normal tissue, let - 7 precursor expression was reduced about 61.29% ,while K - ras expression were increased about 67.74%. The measured value of let -7 precursor and K - ras in carcinomatous tissue and the around normal tissue respectively catty on statistics analysis. Their difference has the remarkable statistics significance. The correlation between let - 7 precursor and K - ras in the expression of carcinomatous tissue has the remarkable statistics significance. Conclusion Those results suggest that let - 7 precursor or/and K - ras may play an certain cooperated role in the initiation and development of lung adenocarcinoma.
