摘要
警察权是国家权力的重要组成部分,警察权的运行状态在一定程度上标志着一个国家法制文明的发展水平。目前我国正处于社会转型时期,在警察权实施过程中面临许多现实困境,因此,合理构建警察权,对于促进政府依法行政、实现法治国家的目标,具有非常重要的意义。
Police power is an important component of state power,The operation condition of police power symbolizes the civilization level of development of the state＇s legal system.At present,China is in the socialist transition period,There are many problems in the course of the police power operation in China.Therefore ,It＇s importance to construct the police power reasonably for pushing administration of government according to law and achieving the law-state object.
