摘要
中国和越南实施改革开放政策以来,加快了边境地区的经济社会发展。中国与越南国情不同,所实行的边境政策也不同。但两国都注重促进边境地区的经济社会发展,两国在中越边境地区实行的边境政策,都有利于云南边境地区的社会经济发展与和谐社会的构建。
Since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy,China and Vietnam have speeded up economic and social development in the border areas. China and Vietnam have different national conditions,the implementation of border policies are also different. However,both countries attach importance to development in border areas and have taken some measures to promote development in border areas. The border policies between China and Vietnam are conducive to social and economic development and the construction of harmonious society in Yunnan
