摘要
目的：观察锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的手术效果。方法：切开复位后按左右侧选择不同锁骨钩钢板内固定及韧带修补技术治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位32例。结果：32例均获随访，时间2～24个月。根据Karlsson疗效标准，优28例，良4例。结论：切开复位锁骨钩钢板内固定是治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折一种较好的手术方法。
Objective：To observe the clavicular hook plate fixation for the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation and distal clavicle fracture outcome. Methods Aider the open reduction, choice of different left-fight of the clavicular hook plate fixation and ligament repair in treatment of distal clavicle fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation of 32 cases.Results：32 patients were followed up for 2-24 months. According to Karlsson efficacy criteria, excellent in 28 cases,good in 4 cases.Conclusions：Open reduction and internal fixation of clavicular hook plate for treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation and distal clavicle fractures a better surgical method.
