摘要
目的：观察综合疗法治疗应用于住院钳刮术的临床效果。方法：选择妊娠在10周～14周自愿要求行钳刮术的妇女34例，分别采取不同方法使宫颈软化与扩张。结果：治疗组术前宫颈充分软化扩张，宫颈口扩张有效率达100％；对照组3例无效，有效率为81．3％；同时治疗的术中出血量也少于对照组。结论：综合疗法治疗应用于住院钳刮术是一种安全、简便、有效的人工流产辅助方法，是值得推荐的一种好的流产方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment in the use of forceps.Methods： 10 weeks -14 weeks of pregnancy in the voluntary request of women in 34 cases was respectively to adopt a different approach to cervical softening and expansion. Results： The preoperative cervical softening the full expansion, cervical dilation effective rate was 100%; and there were three cases was ineffective in the control group, and the bleeding volume of the treatment group was lower than the control group. Conclusion： The comprehensive treatment of forceps used in hospital surgery is a safe, simple and effective method of supporting abortion and is worthy of recommendation a good method of abortion.
