摘要
目的观察维持血液透析患者存在心理问题原因，提出解决方法；方法搜集我院2008年1月～2009年12月收治维持性血液透析病人96例，进行分析，并施以心理护理；结果加强心理护理，可减少病人痛苦，提高长期生存率和生活质量；结论维持血液透析患者应重视心理护理。
Objective To observe the maintenance ofhemodialysis patients causes psychological problems, and propose solutions; Methods The hospital in January 2008-December 2009 maintenance hemodialysis patients treated in 96 cases, analysis, and to impose psychological care; Results Strengthen psychological care, patients can reduce pain, improve long-term survival and quality of life： Conclusion The maintenance hemodialysis patients should pay attention to psychological care.
