摘要
目的：总结改良式手术治疗胸腰椎骨折的方法和疗效。方法：分析用AF椎弓根内固定系统治疗胸腰段椎体爆裂性骨折。结果：治疗优良率为96．2％，有效率为100％。本组未发生感染，术后椎体平均压缩6％。术后复查CT显示伤椎椎管减压充分，脊髓受压完全解除。结论：AF改良手术系统结构简单，操作方便，固定确切，在脊柱内固定器材中具有较明显的优越性，值得临床推广。
Objective： to evaluate the modified surgical treatment of thoracolumbar fractures of the method and effect. Methods： for analysis of pedicle fixation system for treatment of AF thoracolumbar burst fractures.Results：The excellent and good rate was 96.2%, efficiency was 100%. No infection in this group,postoperative vertebral body compression on average 6%. After reviewing CT showed adequate decompression of vertebral injury, spinal cord compression completely removed.Conclusion： Improved surgical AF system is simple, easy to operate, fixed precisely, in the spinal fixation device that has obvious advantages, worthy to be popularized.
