摘要
患者女，59岁。因鼻塞、流涕、鼻咽部异物感10年余于2009年1月12日在我院就诊。患者10年来反复鼻塞、流涕，鼻咽部异物感，偶有涕中带血丝及血块，辗转就诊于多家医院诊治，并多次行纤维鼻咽喉镜检查，均提示鼻咽部粘连、鼻中隔偏曲，诊断为“慢性鼻炎”、“慢性鼻窦炎”，
