摘要
探讨超声监视引导下局部麻醉在减少肝活检术后疼痛发生中的应用价值。对1417例超声引导下经皮肝脏穿刺活检术患者穿刺术后自述疼痛的情况进行回顾性分析。1417例患者中的521例未在超声监视下麻醉到肝表面，143例发生了穿刺后疼痛，发生率为27．4％；896例在超声引导下麻醉达肝表面，有51例发生了穿刺后疼痛，发生率为5．7％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=118．63，P〈0．01）。超声监视下局部麻醉达肝表面，能有效减少术后疼痛，是值得推广的办法。
The aim of this study is to evaluate the application of untrasound-guided local anesthesia in alleviation of pain after percutaneous liver biopsy. The clinical results of 1417 cases of percutaneous liver biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. In 896 patients under ultrasound-guided local anesthesia 51 felt pain after liver biopsy, while in 521 patients whose local anesthesia without ultrasound guidance, 143 felt pain （5.7% vs. 27.4% , X^2 = 118.63, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The results indicate ultrasound-guided local anesthesia can effectively alleviate pain after percutaneous liver biopsy.
