摘要
在高教改革中,辅导员队伍的建设越来越受到关注和重视,高校辅导员的培训也提到了议事日程,但在培训的过程中,还存在着许多问题,本文针对辅导员培训的现状和问题,结合自己多年的工作实际,谈出了自己的创新和思考。
In the reformation of university teaching,instructor team-building is an increasing concern and attention.
