摘要
后置型游梁式抽油机被广泛应用于石油生产中。为了有效解决抽油机的节能及工作效率等实际问题,利用Matlab语言编制后置型游梁式抽油机的运动学和动力学仿真程序,对抽油机在任意位置时的悬点载荷、速度、加速度和减速器输出轴扭矩以及抽油机主要构件的位移、速度、加速度和各构件连接点的受力等进行仿真,得到了其动态变化和几何参数对抽油机主要性能的影响等结果。此结果可为抽油机的节能改造及优化设计提供一定的理论依据和指导。
The back-placed beam-pumping unit is widely used in oil production. In order to solve actual energy-saving and work effiiciency problems of pumping unit, in this paper, the kinematics and dynamics simulative programs of the back-placed beam-pumping unit have been made to simulate the suspensioneenter load, velocity, acceleration and pure toque of speed reducer shaft of pumping unit on any place and the displacement, velocity, acceleration of main component of pumping unit and the forces of linked point of two components, the results of their dynamic changes and the geometry parameters' influence on the main performances of pumping unit have been obtained. These provide a certain theoretic foundation and guide for energy-saving reformation and optimizing design of pumping unit.
