摘要
为了筛选出适合大田使用的高防效低成本的药剂来防治杂交竹枯萎病菌,采用菌丝生长速率法和抑制孢子萌发法对13种农药进行室内毒力测定并对测定结果进行综合分析,结果显示参试药剂中A、C、D、G、H、I、K和M等对杂交竹枯萎病菌有较强的抑制作用,为今后杂交竹枯萎病大田药效试验提供一定的理论依据。
The toxicity determination of 13 fungicides was made indoors using hypha growth rate method and restraint spore germination method to select high efficient and low cost fungicides for hybrid bamboo blight in the fields. The results showed that A, C, D, G, H, I, K and M among the 13 fungicides had strong restraint effects on hybrid bamboo blight, which provided theoretical base for field experiment of fungicide effects on hybrid bamboo blight.
