摘要
以高速机车转向架中采用的双十字万向传动轴为对象,分析了万向轴传动比和主动轴输入角、车体与轮对间相对位移等6个参数的关系。利用正交试验法着重讨论了各个参数对传动比影响的作用大小,以及各因素之间的交互作用,结果表明相对浮沉运动是影响传动比的主要因素,浮沉和横摆运动的交互作用也对传动比有很大的影响。这些结论将为转向架悬挂系统、驱动系统和电传动控制系统的设计提供参考。
This paper investigates the relationship between the transmission ratio of the double universal joint used in the driveline of high speed loco bogie and its six determinants such as the input angle and relative displacements between carbody and wheelset. By means of the orthogonal analysis method, the influence of each variable on the transmission ratio is discussed and the cross talks among the six variables are also considered. The results show that the vertical relative displacements should be the main contributor of the fluctuation of the transmission ratio and the cross talk between the vertical relative displacements and the transversial relative displacements could have significant influence too. These conclusions provide very valuable information for the design of driving system and suspension system of loco bogie and rail.
