摘要
集成加速度传感器在国外已广泛用于汽车安全性及性能测试。本文介绍了一种力平衡式硅微加速度传感器的原理、结构,并在国家标准振动测试中心对它进行了标定。首次用该传感器系统做了两种车型,5种车速行进时的汽车舒适性评价实验。结果表明:适于装在汽车内部,进行各种振动舒适性评价,且价格低廉,结构简单,有广阔应用前景。
Accelerometer is widely used abroad for accelerating performance and safety testing as well as navigation. It is firstly demonstrated that integrated force balanced accelerometer (ADXL0.5) can also be used for comfort evaluation, which is formally tested by piezo electronic sensors. The amplitude frequency and phase frequency characters are tested on a standard vibration testing system. In 0 ̄50Hz the output of the sensor is proportional to the standard signal. Santana 2000 was compared with Mazda E1800 on typical roads at 5 velocity levels. Experimental results show that the sensor is capable for comfort evaluation and it is cheap and compact. It can also be used in attitude measurement.
