摘要
为观察外剥内扎术加芍倍注射液注射治疗环状混合痔的疗效．对80例环状混合痔患者采用外剥内扎术及非结扎部位内痔芍倍注射液注射治疗。并对其中结缔组织型环状混合痔行肛门括约肌松解。结果显示，治愈78例（97．5％）．显效2例（2．5％），有效率为100％。疗程16～28d，平均20d。术后随访6个月，成功随访66例，除1例偶有肛门潮湿外，其余无复发，无肛门狭窄等后遗症。结果表明，外剥内扎术加非结扎部位内痔芍倍注射液注射治疗环状混合痔疗效满意。
For the objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of following combined therapy,80 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids underwent the procedure of external dissection and internal ligation plus Shaobei injections at the internal hemorrhoids of the non-ligated part, and anal sphincter lysis was applied to circumferential mixed hemorrhoids of connective tissue type. As results, cure was achieved in 78 cases（97. 5%） and marked improvement in 2 cases（2.5%）,the effective rate was 100%. The treatment course was 16-28 days,averaged 20 days. Postoperative follow up of 66 cases for 6 months revealed that there was no recurrence and sequela with the exception of one case having anal dampness occasionally. It is concluded that the combined therapy in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids can bring about a satisfactory results.
