牙周基础治疗对全身骨密度的影响

摘要 目的探讨牙周基础治疗对全身骨密度的影响。方法选取中、重度牙周炎患者185例,通过观察牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、临床附着丧失(CAL)及腰椎、股骨颈、全身骨密度在牙周基础治疗前后的变化,评价牙周基础治疗前后上述指标的差异。结果牙周基础治疗后,患者GI、PD、CAL均出现下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。初诊及治疗6个月后腰椎、股骨颈骨密度以及全身骨密度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。牙周基础治疗后牙周临床指标改变量与腰椎、股骨颈骨密度以及全身骨密度之间无相关性。结论牙周基础治疗是牙周炎的有效治疗方法,但对全身骨密度无明显影响。
