摘要
对旋花科三种植物的染色体进行了研究,结果显示:藤长苗(Calystegiapelita(Ledeb.)G.Don)染色体数目为2n=20,核型公式K(2n)=20=2M+16m+2sm,核型“1B”型;打碗花(CalystegiahederaceaWal.)的染色体数目为2n=20,核型公式K(2n)=20=2M+16m+2m(sat),核型“1A”型;田旋花(ConvolvulusarvensisL.)的染色体数目为2n=78.
The number and karyotype of chromosomes of three species of Convolvulaceae were studied.The results showed:the chromosome number of Calystegia pellita (Ledeb.,G.Don) is 2n=20 and its karyotype formula is K(2n) =20=2M+16m+2sm,and it also showed that this plant belongs to type “1B”of Stebbins’ karyotype asymmetry.The chromosome number of Calystegia hederacea Wall.is 2n=20 and its karyotype formula is K(2n) =20=2M+16m+2m(SAT).This plant belongs to type “1A”.The chromosome number of Convolvulus arvensis L.is 2n=78 ,but its karyotype was not studied.
