摘要
论述了我国旅游饭店企业近20年来发生的转变及其对人才素质带来的根本变化.针对世界旅游业及旅游饭店企业对行业人才需求的趋势,结合旅游饭店中人才资源开发利用的主要问题,提出了我国旅游饭店企业人才资源开发。
This paper discusses the recent twenty years' changes of China's tourist hotels and their fundamental influences on the improvement of the quality of the personnel.In accordance with the demand for tourist personnel by both world tourism and tourist hotels,and in the light of the major problems in the exploitation and utilization of China's tourist hotels' personnel resource,the paper points out the strategic directions and puts forward points out correspondent measures.
