摘要
国产600MW机组联轴器防鼓风挡板由于加工精度出现的问题和安装方法不当,在多个新装和新检修机组试运过程中出现挡板脱落事故,给机组安全运行造成不良影响。列举典型事故进行了分析,提出联轴器防鼓风挡板在安装过程中应注意的问题,以避免类似问题再次发生。
The damper preventing air blast of coupling of 600 MW domestic units,which was newly installed or newly overhauled,was often fall off in trial operation,and this has an adverse effect on safety operation of unit.Some typical accidents were enumerated and analyzed,and the problems needing attention in installation of the damper preventing air blast in coupling were pointed out to avoid similar accident.
