摘要
目的探讨改良的“V”形切除法小阴唇肥大缩小术的术式及术后效果。方法在小阴唇的最宽处设计“V”形切口，然后于切口处以15°～30°斜行切开小阴唇内、外侧，切除相对较多的黏膜和皮肤组织，保留充足的肌层组织。自2005年3月至2009年7月，对14例（20侧）小阴唇肥大患者行整形治疗。结果术后随访所有患者1～12个月，切口均I期愈合，局部不适的刺激症状消失，未发生感染、瘢痕挛缩及尿道外口狭窄等并发症，小阴唇形态明显改善。结论该术式操作简便，切口隐蔽，外观自然，是缩小肥大小阴唇的一种较好的手术方式。
Objective To study the surgical method and efficacy of modified V-shape resection to treat the labia minora hypertrophy. Methods A V-shape incision was designed on the widest place of labia minora, the medial and lateral of labia minora were incised with 15°- 30° angle and the excessive skin tissue and mucosa were resected, the sufficient tissue of muscular layer was reserved. From May 2005 to July 2009, 14 patients （20 sides） with labia minora hypertrophy had carried out the operation. Results Patients were followed up for 1 -12 months, incisions were all healed primarily without infection, local uncomfortable stimulation and any complications such as cicatricial contracture and stricture of external orifice of urethra. The shape of labia minora had obviously improved. Conclusion It is a good surgical method for the patients of labia minora hypertrophy with concealed incision and natural appearance.
