摘要
把电泳力学迁移模型(EMMM)扩展到了毛细管筛分电泳,并采用多组文献实验数据验证了EMMM.进一步阐明了EMMM中构象参数Rc的物理含义,并确定了Rc的取值范围.通过与文献经验关系式相比,EMMM能够更精确地符合实验事实.
Electrophoretic mechanical migration model (EMMM) is extended to capillary sieve electrophoresis, which includes capillary nongel sieve electrophoresis (NGS) and capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE). Many groups of data from literature are employed to verify EMMM and to further clarify the meaning of conformation parameter Rc in capillary sieve electrophoresis, and the value range of Rc is determined. Compared with empirical models, EMMM agrees with the experimental facts more accurately.
