摘要
将涡流探伤法应用于非磁性材料抽油杆的裂纹检测.根据麦克斯韦电磁场理论,用有限元法计算了非磁性抽油杆涡流探伤中裂纹对涡流场和检测探头阻抗的影响,提出以探头阻抗的相位分量作为测量裂纹的原始伤变量,在此基础上研制了一套用于在线检测非磁性抽油杆上裂纹的涡流传感器及其检测电路.实验表明,该系统灵敏度高、速度快、抗干扰性好、工作稳定可靠.
The eddy testing method is used to detect cracks on the sucker rod. Based on Maxwell electromagnetical induction theory, the eddy field in the sucker rod and the sensor's impedance affected by the crack are calculated. Taking the phase component of the sensor's impedance as the crack's character, a new type eddy sensor and the online detecting electric circle are designed. The experiments prove that the detecting system has high sensitivity, high speed and good antidisturb character.
