摘要
从介绍企业重建的产生、概念和基本思想开始,结合国有企业的实践,提出了企业重建的具体实施途径。特别是对改变组织机构进行了探讨,使组织机构扁平化,加强横向联系,以项目组的形式代替职能部门。在对职工的管理方面,提出了统一由人事部门管理,而无固定岗位的设想。同时指出,进行企业重建必须以管理信息系统作为技术支持。
It introduces the idea of Business Reengineering and puts forward a detaild path and some measures to make Business Reengineering combining with the experience state owned enterprises.The problems of reforming organization have been inquired especially in order to the organization be paralleled,enhancing lateral ties and substituting function departments by item cycles.The idea has been putted forward that workers are managed by people department only and haven't solid post .In the meantime,it is pointed out that the MIS must be established as the technology supporting of Business Reengineering. [
