摘要
测定21例非紫绀型先天性心脏病(ACHD)患者的直接窦房传导时间(SACTd)、窦房结恢复时间(SNRT)和矫正窦房结恢复时间(CSNRT),结果分别为88±18ms,990±192ms和232±104ms,提示ACHD一般不影响窦房结功能。
The direct sinoatrial conduction time(SACTd), sinus node recovery time (SNRT), and corrected sinus node recovery time (CSNRT) were measured by transvenous electrode catheter methods in 21 patients with acyanotic congenital heart diseases (ACHD). The results showed that the arithmatical means of SACTd, SNRT, and CSNRT were 88±18ms, 990±192 ms, and 232±104 ms, respectively, suggesting that the sinus node function of ACHD patients is usually within the normal limit.
