摘要
系统地研究了九点控制算法的基本原理,针对供水系统中控制对象具有高阶次、大滞后、强耦合、非线性及参数时变的特性,难以利用有效的解析式数学模型进行控制这一问题,提出采用九点控制算法实现恒压供水系统的设计。利用Simulink对该设计方案进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明:与传统PID控制相比,该控制方案提高了变频调速恒压供水系统的稳定性和可靠性,具有控制稳定和控制精度高的特点,为变频调速恒压供水系统控制提供了一种新的思路。
The basic principle of nine-point control algorithm was analyzed systemically. For the characteristics of their high order, big lagging, strong coupling, non-linear, time-varying parameters, and analysis mathematical model not achievable efficiently, when it was revolved around design of water supply systems, so a nine-point control algorithm was adopted. Simulation analysis was conducted for this scheme using Simulink. The simulation results indicated that this scheme could significantly improve the stability and reliability of the frequency control water supply system, it also had the ability to control stability and accuracy compared with conventional PID control, and it provided a new way of thinking for frequency control water supply system controller.
