摘要
目的探讨锁定加压钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法 2005-06～2008-06月对39例肱骨近端骨折患者采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,并于术后早期进行功能锻炼。结果术后平均随访9个月,按Constant评分标准,平均88分(41～95分),其中优26例,良10例,中2例,差1例,优良率92.3%。结论锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折是一种安全、有效的手术方法。
Objective To explore the offeets of locking compression plate fixation for proximal humeral fracture. Methods Thirty-nine cases of proximal humeral fractures were treated with locking compression plate fixation from June 2005 to June 2008. Early exercises were implemented after surgery. Results The mean follow-up time was 9 months after surgery. In accordance with assessment criteria of Constant, the average score was 88 score（41 -95 score）. Of them the scores were excellent in 26 cases, good in 10 cases, general in 2 cases, poor in 1 cases. Fine rate was 92. 3%. Conclusion Locking compression plate fixation for proximal humerus fractures is a safe and effective surgical method.
