摘要
"看病难、看病贵"是广大患者反映的热点问题之一,对肿瘤患者来说,看病更难、更贵。作为肿瘤专科医院,我院针对肿瘤疾病的特点,采取有效措施,从医院内部挖掘潜力,制定合理的诊治规范和就诊流程,提高医疗服务技术和水平,让患者得到最佳治疗,以尽量缓解肿瘤患者看病难和看病贵的问题。
Unaffordable and inaccessible of medical service has been a hot issue for patients. It is more serious for the tumors. As a cancer hospital, in accordance with the characteristics of cancer, medical treatment process was reengineered to improve medical service capacity and as possible as to ease the unaffordable and inaccessible of medical service for the tumors.
