摘要
对上海市二级综合性公立医院的绩效状况进行了模拟评估,并对各绩效指标的影响指数进行了分析。通过研究,认为课题组拟定的上海市二级综合性公立医院的绩效评估指标体系具有较好的科学性、敏感性和引导作用,并且作者建议上海市二级综合性公立医院需关注医院发展潜力、控制城区二级综合性公立医院的规模。
A simulated performance assessment of the public secondary-level general hospitals in Shanghai was conducted and the influencing index of the indicators was analyzed. It showed that the index system of the performance assessment made by the research team for the peKormanee assessment of the public secondary-level general hospitals in Shanghai was scientific and high sensitivity. It also had a leading effect. The research showed that the abilities of potential development for the public secondary-level general hospitals in Shanghai was considered to be paid attention and that the size of the public secondary-level general hospitals in Shanghai should be controlled.
