摘要 目的:建立老慢清糖浆中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(19:81)为流动相;流速1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长283 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:柚皮苷进样量在0.097~1.742μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均加样回收率为99.59%,RSD为1.39%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确,能有效地控制老慢清糖浆的质量。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of naringin in laomanqing syrup by HPLC. Method: The chromatographic column of Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm)was used, the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution( 19:81 ) ;The flow rate was 1.0 ml.min -1 ;the detection wavelength was set at 283 ran and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: The linear range of naringin was 0.097-1. 742 μg ( r = 0. 999 9, n = 6 ), the average recovery was 99.59% ,RSD was 1.39% ( n = 6). Conclusion : The method is convenient, accurate and suitable for determination of narin- gin in laomanqing syrup.
