摘要
针对公立医院在转型时期,通过对临床医学院教师、教学管理人员的调查,了解其对人文素质教育课程开展现状的评价,从而对提高人文素质教育质量进行一些有益的思考。当前要从调整课程结构、完善教考模式、加大监督力度等多方面入手,全面推动医学人文素质教育发展,培养高质量的医药卫生人才。
The article is aimed to improve the quality of humanities education in public hospitals at the stage of transformation through an investigation on incumbent teachers and management staff. The evaluation of humanities curriculum can he carried out from the investigation, which is conducive to some meaningful results. In order to protnote the humanities education and training more qualified medical talents, syllabus, exam form and surveillance approach should be improved.
