人工股骨头置换术后超声多普勒诊断深静脉血栓 被引量：8

摘要 目的对比同期静脉造影检查确定超声多普勒诊断深静脉血栓的准确性。方法对３２例未行预防性治疗的人工股骨头置换术后的患者使用超声多普勒常规进行术后检查，并对深静脉血栓阳性的患者于当日或次日再复查上行性静脉造影以对照分析。结果超声多普勒诊断１１例患者术后有下肢深静脉血栓形成，其中６例近端血栓、３例小腿血栓被静脉造影证实。对比静脉造影与超声多普勒诊断人工关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成其准确率为８１．８％，近端深静脉血栓的诊断与静脉造影的结果完全相符。结论超声多普勒检查无创伤、易重复、费用低，且对下肢深静脉血栓特别是近端深静脉血栓诊断准确率高，是临床诊断深静脉血栓可靠、实用、方便的方法。
