摘要
目的研究银杏叶提取物(EGB)对老龄前期小鼠血液流变学的影响。方法采用毛细管微量法和毛细管微量热沉法分别测定红细胞压积(HCT)及纤维蛋白原(Fib),应用全自动血液流变仪测定全血粘度(ηb)、红细胞聚集系数(VAL)、血栓形成系数(TEL)。结果EGB(25,50,100mg·kg-1,ig,qd×21)可明显降低老龄前期小鼠的HCT、Fib,同时可降低ηb,缩小VAL及TEL。结论EGB能明显降低老龄前期小鼠血液粘度。
Objective To study the effect of extract the leaves of Ginkgo biloba(EGB) on homorheology in presenium mice. Methods Hemotocrit (HCT) and fibrinogen(Fib) were determined by capillary micromethod and capillary heat microprecipitation method. Measurements of blood viscosity(ηb), intravascular agglutination L.(VAL) and thormbus embolization L.(TEL) were also used. Results EGB(25 ̄100 mg·kg -1 ,ig, qd×21) markedly reduced HCT and Fib. There were also significant change on ηb, VAL and TEL. Conclusions EGB has a markedly decreaseing effect on blood viscosity and can obviously improve the blood circulation.
