摘要
本文运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,利用中国30个省级单位1994-2006年的建筑业面板数据,对中国建筑业效率的总体变动趋势及省际差异进行了研究,并且利用Tobit回归模型分析了省际建筑业效率差异的影响因素。研究发现,中国建筑业综合技术效率偏低,且总体上呈下降趋势,纯技术无效率是主要根源。第二阶段研究结果表明:建筑业发达程度、城镇化水平和建筑业人均资产均显著提高了建筑业效率,而建筑业国有化程度和区域金融发展水平则不利于建筑业效率的提高。推进建筑业市场化进程和加强建筑业投融资管理是提高中国建筑业技术效率的有效途径。
Using the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method and the panel data of China' s provinces between the year of 1994 and 2006, the paper works over the trend and spatial difference of efficiency for China' s construction in- dustry, and then analyzes the factors influencing efficiency in the second stage with Tobit regression model. Research finds that, technical efficiency of China' s construction industry is low and puts up a downtrend in the mass. Low pure technical inefficiency is the main cause. The result of the second stage suggests that the efficiency in construction industry is significantly improved by better development in construction industry, higher level of urbanization and higher per capita assets. However, the reduction of financial support and the state proportion could facilitate the improvement of all kinds of efficiencies. Thus, processing the marketization in China' s construction industry and strengthening the financing management are the effective approaches to improve the efficiency in China' s construction industry.
