摘要
为进一步确定浙江沿海发现的一新纽虫的分类地位,本文根据GenBank中已报道的纽虫18SrDNA保守序列设计引物,通过PCR扩增,获得该纽虫的18S rDNA部分序列,对该纽虫的18SrRNA基因进行了克隆和序列分析。并将该纽虫18S rDNA基因的序列与NCBI数据库中已收纽虫的18S rDNA基因进行了比较,分析该纽虫与其他纽虫的同源性。利用系统进化树和形态学的研究结果确定其分类地位。结果表明,该纽虫属于异纽目(Heteronemertea)纵沟虫科(Lineidae)动物。
In order to determine the taxonomic status of Dendrorhynchus zhejiangensis from Zhejiang coast,a pair of primers were designed and synthedized according to sequence of the 18S rDNA gene of Nemertineans in GenBank. The segment of this Nemertinean's 18S rRNA gene of Nemertinean was amplified and sequenced by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Meanwhile, this sequence were registered in GenBank and aligned with other nemertean 18S rDNA genes available from GenkBank to analyse their homologous similarities. Determined its taxonomic status using the Phylogenetic Tree and the morphology results. The results indicated that,the species found belongs to the family Lineidae, Order Heteronemertea.
