摘要
沙棘黄酮是沙棘中的主要活性成分,其主要的存在形式是由槲皮素等苷元构成的糖苷型化合物。由于相对于糖苷型黄酮来说,苷元型黄酮更利于吸收且功能性更强,因此很多实验报告对糖苷型黄酮类化合物转化为苷元型化合物进行了报道。基于目前的研究情况,本文对沙棘黄酮的结构、存在形式、功能特性及其生物转化等的最新研究进展做了综述。
Flavonoids are the main active ingredient in Sea buckthorn. The main form are a type of glycoside compounds constituted by quercetin and so on.Compared to glycosides type,the aglycone type can be absorbed better and is more functional.So many experimental reports on the biotransformation of glycosides into aglycone type compounds have been reported.Based on current research,the latest research progress in the sea buckthorn fiavone structure,form,function and other characteristics and biotransformation were reviewed in this paper.
