鸡种蛋孵化品质无损检测的研究进展 被引量:11

Research progresses in non-destructive measurements on incubation quality of eggs

摘要 对鸡种蛋的孵化进行自动化检测,及时剔除未受精蛋和死胚蛋有利于提高孵化的经济效益。无损检测技术是近几十年农产品内外品质检测的研究热点,部分技术已有实际应用,已有国内外学者采用无损检测的方法对种蛋的孵化情况进行研究。本文综述了各种无损技术检测种蛋孵化的方法原理、研究现状,并指出了目前尚需解决的问题和发展前景。 Automatically detection of hatching eggs during early incubation would allow timely removal of dead embryos and infertile eggs from incubation thereby contributing to hatchery profits.Non-destructive inspection is a research focus in agricultural products detection in recent years,some techniques have been successfully applied in the food industry.The principle of the nondestructive measurements on the fertility detection and the research situation at home and at abroad were reviewed ,the current solved problems were also discussed.
