摘要
目的:研究双参克癃方抗大鼠前列腺增生的作用。方法:采用给去势大鼠每日皮下注射丙酸睾酮的方法制造前列腺增生模型,通过测定大鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数及血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)含量变化,并通过对大鼠前列腺组织进行增生程度评分、计算上皮细胞高度及腺腔皱褶指数来评价药效。结果:与模型组比较,双参克癃方水提醇沉液可显著降低大鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数以及血清酸性磷酸酶含量(P<0.01),抑制前列腺上皮细胞及基质的增殖,并降低大鼠腺体上皮细胞高度及腺腔皱褶指数(P<0.01)。结论:双参克癃方水提醇沉样液对前列腺增生有显著抑制作用。
Objective:To study the effects of shuang shen ke long granules on prostatic hyperplasia in rats.Methods: Prostatic hyperplasia model is established by using subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate to castrated rats daily.To evaluate the efficacy by testing wet weight of rats prostate,prostate index,the level of serum acid phosphatase(ACP),being carried out on rat prostate hyperplasia score,and then calculating the height of epithelial cells and glandular folds index cavity.Results: Compared with model group,shuang shen ke long granules can significant reduce the wet weight of prostate,prostate index and the level of serum acid phosphatase(ACP),inhibit the proliferation of epithelial cells of prostate and stromal,a significant reduction in height of epithelial cells and glandular folds index cavity(P0.01).Conclusion: Shuang shen ke long granules can inhibit the prostatic hyperplasia.
