摘要
目的:观察过食酸味药山茱萸对中医"脾胃"功能的影响。方法:60只大鼠随机分为5组,分别给予蒸馏水和不同浓度的山茱萸水煎液。连续给药9周后,取胃液测pH值,NaOH滴定法测总酸度,放射免疫法测血清胃泌素(GAS),血浆胃动素(MTL)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量。结果:低、中、高剂量组大鼠逐渐出现活动减少,倦卧嗜睡,食量减少,便溏,体重减轻等脾虚症状。与空白对照组相比:①中、高两个剂量组的胃液pH值明显降低(P<0.05),血浆MTL值明显增高(P<0.05);②低、中、高3个剂量组的胃液总酸度、血清GAS含量均明显升高(P<0.05);③各组PGE2差异无显著性意义。结论:正常大鼠过食酸味药山茱萸后体重下降,进食减少,出现"脾虚"症状,同时胃酸分泌过多,GAS、MTL分泌增高,可能为过食酸味药导致脾虚的内在病理机制,为《内经》"味过于酸,肝气以津,脾气乃绝"提供了实验依据。
Objective：To explore the effects of overtaking the sour-flavored Chinese herbal medicine cornus officinalis on the expression of gastrointestinal hormones.Methods：60 Sprague-Dawley（SD） rats were divided randomly into 5 groups,given water or the extract by water from cornus officinalis respectively for 9 weeks.The gastric juice pH values and the acidity were assayed.Radioimmunoassay was applied to detect the contents of GAS in serum and MTL,PGE2 in plasma.Results： Low dosed,middle dosed and high dosed groups gradually appeared splenasthenic syndromes such as activity reduction,feeling tired,drowsiness,appetite reducing,loosing stool,weight reduction,et al.Compared with the normal group：①the gastric juice pH values of middle and high dosed groups were decreased obviously（P0.05）,and the contents of MTL in plasma was increased obviously（P0.05）;②The gastric juice acidity and the contents of GAS in serum of low,middle and high dosed groups were increased obviously（P0.05）;③The contents of PGE2 in plasma of all groups had no obvious difference.Conclusion： Over feeding on the Sour Cornus officinalis in the long term may lead to spleen-asthenia syndromes in rats,which may be related to the increase of the contents of GAS,MTL in blood.It provides evidence for the saying＂Overtaking sour-flavored would make Ganqi excessive and exhaust Piqi.＂
