摘要
目的:研究大黄素对大鼠慢性胰腺炎模型中胆汁的影响。方法:胰管内注射三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)制备大鼠慢性胰腺炎模型,用不同剂量(20、40、80 mg/kg)的大黄素鼻饲干预,生理盐水作为对照。收集大鼠胆汁,测定其流量及胆汁中总胆红素、直接胆红素含量。结果:(1)小剂量、中剂量、大剂量大黄素处理组胆汁流量分别为(0.214±0.028)mL/30min、(0.235±0.022)mL/30min、(0.244~0.027)mL/30min,中剂量和大剂量组均显著高于模型对照组(0.187±0.028,均P<0.05);胆汁中总胆红素浓度分别为(93.69±10.58)μmoI,L、(98.41±5.72)μmoI/L和(104.82±7.44)μmol/L,中剂量组和大剂量组均显著高于模型对照组(90.52±6.03,均P<0.05);胆汁中直接胆红素浓度分别为(72.77±6.9)μmol/L、(72.57±8.7)μmol/L和(81.38+7.45)μmol/L,大黄素组均显著高于模型对照组[(68.62+5.18)μumol/L,均P<0.05]。结论:大黄素在大鼠慢性胰腺炎模型中具有促进胆汁分泌和增加胆红素浓度的作用,可能有一定的治疗作用。
Objective:To study the effect of emodin on bile of chronic pancreatitis of rats.Methods: Fifty SD rats were raildomly divided into 5 equal groups:normal control group,modelcontrol group,low-dose emodin-treated group,mediate-dose emodin-treated group,and high-dose emodin-treated group.The rats of the latter 4 groups underwent infusion of trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)into the pancreatic duct so as to establish models of pancreatic fibrosis.The emod in-treated rats were fed with different doses of emodin(20,40,and 80 mg/kg body weight),while the normal and model control groups received 0.9% sodium chloride solution instead.Twenty-eight days later,bile samples were collected.The volium of bile were estimated and TBIL.DBIL levels in bile were examined.Results:(1)The volium of bile of the low-dose,mediate-dose,and high-dose emodin-treated groups were(0.214±0.028)mL/30min、(0.235±0.022)mL/30min(0.244±0.027)mL/30min respectiveiY,mediate-dose,and high-dose emodin-treated groups significantly more than that of the model control group(0.187±0.028,P0.05 or P0.01).(2)The level of TBIL ofthe low-dose,mediate-dose,and high-dose emodin-treated groups were(93.69±10.58)μmol/L(98.41±5.72)μmol/L and(104.82±7.44)μmol/L respectively,mediate-dose,and high-dose emodin-treated groupssignificantly higher than that ofthe model control group(0.187±0.028,P0.05 or P0.01).The levels of DBIL in the low-dose,mediate-dose,and high-dose emodin-treated groups were(72.77 4±6.9)μmol/L(72.57±8.7)μmol/L and(81.38±7.45)μmol/L respectively,all significantly higher than that of the model control group(68.62±5.18)μmol/L,P0.05 or P0.011.Conclusion:Emoidn can increase the volium of bile and elevate the concentrate of TBIL DBIL in rat's bile of chronic pancreatitis,which maybe benefit to the chronic pancreatitis.
