摘要
目的:探讨电针对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠大脑皮层HSP70蛋白表达的影响,进一步验证电针抗脑缺血损伤的机理与HSP70的关系。方法:采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型(MCAO),随机分组,经免疫组化(SABC法)、He染色、神经功能缺陷评分,观察大鼠缺血侧大脑皮层HSP70蛋白表达阳性细胞数,组织学损伤分级及神经功能缺陷评分的变化。结果:脑缺血再灌注电针组较对照组HSP70阳性细胞数多,组织学损伤分级低,神经功能缺陷评分低,且具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:电针可以提高局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠大脑皮层HSP70蛋白的表达,针刺治疗脑缺血的机制可能与HSP70蛋白增加有关,为临床针刺治疗脑缺血疾病提供又一新的理论依据。
The effect of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion and electro-acupuncturing bilateral "bai hui" and"ren zhong" point on HSP70 expression in Sprague-Dawley(SD) rat brain tissue was evaluated by the SABC immunohistochemistry method and HE staining.Compared with a control group,HSP70 expression increased markedly in I90min/1h,I90min/R6h 190min/R12h groups(P0.01).Compared with the I90min /R6h group,it was observed that electro-acupuncture could further increase HSP70 expression(P0.05).The results suggest that the neuroprotective mechanism of electro-acupuncture on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion may be related to the upregulation of HSP70 expression.
