摘要
从脾虚是糖尿病及其并发症皮肤溃疡的发病基础,提出"理脾法"为治疗大法;并从理脾的本质乃调理、和畅、顺应和通运脾的功能,属"和"法来探析"理脾法"防治糖尿病皮肤溃疡的三大理论依据:追本溯源,治病必求于本;动息理脾,斡旋发病之枢纽;和衡缮脾,为治病诸法之根基。还结合临床来探讨"理脾法"的具体运用。
The author believes that defieciency of spleen is the base of causing diabetes and its complication of skin ulcer base,says that ＂method of regulating spleen＂ is the routine method for treatment,exploring that the nature of ＂Regulating Spleen＂ is recovering,harmonizing,humoring and communicating the function of the spleen.Actually method of regulating spleen is one of ＂harmonization method＂,which has three major theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of diabetic skin ulcer： exploring the origin is to seek the primary cause for treatment of disease;regulating spleen based on ＂communication＂ is to relieve the key factors of pathogenesis of disease;and harmornization and repletion of spleen is the foundation of therapeutic methods of disease.The article also discusses specific application combining with clinical reports.
