摘要
目的：进一步了解催乳素（ＰＲＬ）与男性生殖的关系。方法：本文采用时间分辨免疫荧光法和精液电子计算机分析，比较７９例男性精浆和血清ＰＲＬ与精液质量的关系。结果：精浆中ＰＲＬ与精子密度、精子活率呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。此外无精子症组血清和精浆ＰＲＬ比值差异较明显。
Objective: To investigate prolactin (PRL) with relation to male fertility. Methods: This paper covered the serum and semen levels of prolactin by Dissociation Enhanced Lanthanide Fluoro immunoassay(DELFIA) and semen paramters by computer assisted semen analysis(CASA), with comparison in 79 men. Results: The seminal plasma PRL showed a significant negative correlation with sperm concentration and sperm motility (P<0.05). On the other hand the PRL ratios in blood and semen had a significant difference in azoospermia. Conclusion: This ratio may bc more valuable and significant clinically.
