摘要
目的：观察中药天宝肿宁散对环磷酰胺（ＣＰ）的减毒作用，验证其临床功效。方法：选用Ⅱ号配方对正常小鼠和ＣＰ处理小鼠进行实验，观察各项指标。结果：该配方不仅可提高正常小鼠免疫机能和外周血象，而且可拮抗ＣＰ所引起的免疫功能和造血功能低下，提高小鼠的生存质量（体重恢复、脱毛率降低），为该药临床应用提供理论依据。
Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicinal herbs Tian Bao Zhong Ning San in reducing the drug toxicity of CP and its associated clinical effects by animal experiment. Methods: The No:2 prescription was used for investigation. The experimental mice were divided in different groups,i.e. CP plus herb groups of various dosage and the control respectively. The protective effect of this herb drug was observed and compared in different groups of the experimental mice on certain physiological and immunological indexes. Results: The results showed that Tian Bao Zhong Ning San could not only increase the Hb,reticulocyte, WBC and could improve a few immune indexes in normal mice, but also could compromize the side effects of CP including immnue functional depression. The living quality of the mice was also improved by increase of body weight and reducing the rate of moult. Conclusions: The results indicat that Tian Bao Zhong Ning San could decrease the drug toxicity of CP.
