肾恶性肿瘤冷冻消融治疗的现状与进展 被引量:1

摘要 目前传统手术切除仍是肾恶性肿瘤的主要治疗方法,但切除率低、术后并发症较多。保留肾脏的微创治疗手段日益受到重视,冷冻消融术是其中最常用的疗法之一。基础研究及临床应用显示冷冻消融术在肾恶性肿瘤治疗中具有潜在的、广阔的应用前景。本文就冷冻消融技术在肾恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用进行综述。 Open nephrectomy is the conventional curative therapy for renal malignant tumors. However, the low excision rate and postoperative complications limit its clinical application. Nowadays, several less invasive and (or) nephron-sparing procedures have been developed as alternatives in selected patients. Currently most available minimally invasive renal tumor-ablation procedure is cryotherapy ablation. The research on the application of cryotherapy ablation for renal malignant tumors was reviewed in this article.
