摘要 本文回顾性分析巨细胞病毒感染导致非免疫抑制宿主胃溃疡患者1例,并复习相关文献.在引起的消化性溃疡的致病因素中,CMV是容易被忽视的一个因素.临床医师在发现患者存在上腹痛、恶心呕吐同时伴有发热,血常规提示淋巴细胞升高时,在行内镜或上消化道造影,同时应该进一步筛查CMV感染. Acase of gastric ulcer associated with cytomegalovirus （CMV） infection in a non-immunosuppressed host was retrospectively analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed.Of all etiological factors for peptic ulcers,CMV infection is often neglected.In patients presenting with epigastric pain,nausea,vomiting,fever and elevated lymphocyte count,CMV infection should be considered.
