摘要
伴随着中国基本消灭丝虫病,保藏中国的丝虫物种资源和丝虫基因资源具有重要而深远的意义。大连医科大学寄生虫学教研室多年来从事中国马来丝虫活体保存及丝虫动物虫库的发展,并参与中国疾病预防控制中心寄生虫病预防控制所寄生虫种质资源平台建设。本文就该虫库发展过程及加入种质资源平台后所做工作及展望进行阐述。
Because filariasis has been eliminated in China, it becomes very important to preserve germplasm resource and its gene resource of Brugia malayi in our country. Department of parasitology in Dalian Medical University has engaged in preserving and developing germplasm resource of Brugia malayi for many years. At the same time they took part in infrastructure establishment on parasite gerplasm resources in Chinese Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This article will go through the progress and development of Brugia malayi pool and review what has been done and look into the future.
