摘要
[目的]探讨鼻咽癌组织局部免疫在鼻咽癌发生发展中所起的作用。[方法]免疫组化方法检测45例鼻咽癌的肿瘤间质和33例慢性鼻咽炎组织的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD20+分布情况。[结果]与慢性鼻咽炎组比较,鼻咽癌肿瘤间质中CD4+T、CD3+T淋巴细胞均明显减少(P<0.05);CD8+T淋巴细胞及CD20+B淋巴细胞差异则无显著性意义(P>0.05);CD4+/CD8+(0.26)降低,且明显低于正常值(CD4+/CD8+正常比值为1.76±0.58)。[结论]鼻咽癌组织中CD4+/CD8+比值减小,提示鼻咽部组织免疫功能受到抑制。
[ Objective ] To investigate the characteristics of lymphocyte subpopulations in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. [ Methods] Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect CD4+ , CD8 + , CD3 +,and CD20 + expression of lymphocytes in stroma of 45 nasopharyngeal carcinomas and 33 chronic nasopharyngitis from the Second Affiliated of Dalian Medical University between 2002 - 2007. [ Results ] Comparing with chronic nasopharyngitis, the lymphocytes with CD4+ and CD3 + were decreasing( P 〈 0.05 ), but those with CD8 + and CD20 + were not ( P 〉 0.05 ), CD4+/CD8+ was 0.26 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma,while 0.54 in chronic nasopharyngitis. [ Conclusion] There is immunity dysfunction in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, especially local cellular immunity dysfunction.
