核转录因子CDX2在前列腺癌中的表达

Expression of nuclear transcript factor CDX2 in prostatic carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨CDX2和前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)联合检测在前列腺癌和结直肠癌鉴别诊断中的价值。方法应用免疫组化方法检测57例前列腺癌、20例良性前列腺组织和40例结直肠腺癌中CDX2和PSA的表达。结果10.5%(6/57)的前列腺癌中可见CDX2的表达,CDX2的表达与前列腺癌的Gleason分级无相关性(P>0.05)。50%的前列腺导管腺癌弥漫强阳性表达CDX2,所有结直肠腺癌均弥漫性强阳性表达CDX2。PSA在所有前列腺癌中表达,但不表达于结直肠腺癌中。结论CDX2可表达于前列腺癌中,特别是前列腺导管腺癌,CDX2和PSA联合检测可有助于前列腺癌和转移性结直肠癌的鉴别。 Objective To study the value of combined examination of CDX2 in tumor tissues and PSA in differentiating prostatic carcinoma from colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expressions of CDX2 and PSA were detected in 57 cases of prostatic carcinoma,20 cases of benign prostate and 40 cases of colorectal carcinoma by immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive rate of CDX2 in prostatic carcinoma was 10.5%,which was not correlated with Gleason grading(P〉0.05).Half of prostatic duct adenocarcinomas showed a diffuse strong positive expression for CDX2.CDX2 expression was observed in all colorectal carcinoma.All prostatic carcinomas positively expressed PSA,but negatively in all colorectal carcinomas.Conclusion Combined examination of CDX2 in tumor tissues and PSA is helpful in differentiating prostatic carcinoma from metastatic colorectal carcinoma.
