摘要
以重庆地区紫色土壤为研究对象,探讨紫色土壤剖面中铜的有效性及其主要影响因素。结果表明:供试土壤剖面各层次中全铜含量为1.81~79.50mg/kg,有效铜含量为0.137~2.490mg/kg。用直线、幂函数和指数函数回归方程对影响土壤有效铜含量的各主要因素进行回归拟合发现,pH值、全铜、有机质、全氮、有效氮、有效磷含量等因素对各层次土壤有效铜含量均有不同程度的影响。在不同的酸碱性土壤中,影响铜有效性的主要因素存在显著差异,当土壤pH<7.0时,各层次土壤有效铜含量与pH呈极显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.702**、-0.792**、-0.716**;而pH≥7.0时,各层次土壤有效铜含量与全铜含量的幂函数相关性更为密切,相关系数分别为0.746*、0.619**、0.516*。进一步通径分析表明,在影响土壤有效铜含量的各因子中,有效磷的直接作用最为明显,其次是有效氮、全氮;当pH<7.0时,有机质、pH对有效铜含量的影响较大,而pH≥7.0时,全铜对有效铜含量的影响最为直接。
The present experiment was conducted to study the factors responsible for affecting the availability of copper in purple soil in Chongqiug districts. The total copper content in different layers of soil profile ranged from 1.81 to 79.5 mg/kg, while available copper was found in range of 0.137-2.490 mg/kg. Power functions, linear and exponential regression equations were established to study the relationship of available copper with other soil nutrient concentration and some physieo-chemieal parameters. It was found that pH, organic matter, total copper, total nitrogen, available nitrogen and available phosphorus content had different effects on the available copper content in different soil layers. The main factors responsible for affecting the copper availability differed significantly at varying of soil. A significant negative correlation between available copper and pH in different soil layers has been observed. The correlation coefficients at soil pH〈7 were found to be -0.702^**, -0.792^** and -0.716^**, while at soil pH ≥7, power functions amongst available and total copper were in close correlation (R= 0.746^*, 0.619^*, 0.516^*). The path analysis results revealed a direct relationship of soil available copper with the available phosphorus, followed by available and total nitrogen, pH and organic matter. These factors influenced copper availabihty mostly at soil pH〈7.
