摘要
百优1191是广西农业科学院水稻研究所用自育软米不育系百A与自育恢复系桂1191配组育成的弱感光三系杂交水稻新组合,经农业部稻米及制品质量监督检验测试中心测试:糙米率82.2%、整精米率70.3%、长宽比3.5、垩白粒率12%、垩白度2.1%、胶稠度70mm、直链淀粉含量16.5%,整体米质达国标二级优质米标准,适合在中高水肥地区种植。2008年5月通过广西农作物品种审定。
Baiyou 1191 is a new and weak photosensitive three-line hybrid rice combination derived from crossing between male sterile line Bai A and restorer line Gui 1191. Bai A and Gui 1191 were all bred by Rice Research Institute, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The quality of rice was analyzed and tested by Rice Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Ministry of Agriculture. The brown rice rate and head rice rate were found to be 82.2% and 70.3% respectively, while length-width ratio was 3.5, chalky rice rate was 12% with 2.1% ehalkiness degree. The gel consistency was found to be 70mm with 16.5% amylase content. Its grain quality reaches the second class of rice good grain quality for national standard. The variety is suitable for planting in the area with mid-high soil fertility. The Guangxi Committee for Crop Variety Registration certified this variety and released it in May, 2008.
